We are commissioned to under take landscape improvements for this distinguished property in Wellesley Island, The Thousand Islands NY. Site master planning has been undertaken and phase one will include a new set of stairs to the house that will be fully heated for the winter months. The existing swimming pool will be replaced next year with a gunite lap pool with spa and additional exterior entertainment areas.
The new pool is under construction but he railings, pillars and paving are completed.
Our work continues with the redesign of the pool area to include a new larger gunite pool and spa.
Our design creates a wonderful outdoor entertaining space that includes an automatic pool and spa cover, swim-up benches, new railings around the pool, a bluestone hardscape, and new plantings.
New heated stone steps and custom handrails now lead up to the house for comfort in the winter months and safety.
We have designed new pool railings and pillars (to code) that incorporate some of the existing railing elements found on the property like finials and posts. The pool sits on an elevated platform with steps into this area and access to the lawn and the fabulous views. The larger pool and spa now will have more seating and entertaining areas and access to the front of the property.

The spa is underway as with the automatic pool and spa covers.
